Not urgent: Sounds like it is on the dorsal side of ur wrist(the side of the back of you wrist?).If that's where it is then it is a "ganglion cyst".Can either be left alone,or aspirated and steroid injected in place of the fluid.Alternatively if this does'nt work it can be removed surgically.Have your doctor check it to make sure that's what u are describing but no need for urgent care.Good luck.Not serious:)
