Every plan differs: Even within a certain insurance company (in your case CIGNA), different policies can have different coverages and coinsurance. May also make a difference if you use an in network provider. DON'T GUESS. Call the customer assistance number on your policy and ask the question bases on that plan's schedule of benefits. Even better, email or write them with your plan identifiers so it's in writing.
