Not on the free Health Tap platform, you may want to try the paid HealthTap platform or even better establish with a local primary care doc. It sounds like you are interested in getting refills on meds, not looking for medical recommendations and that is making things difficult. Make sure you have medical records transferred timely to the new provider.
