Possibly wax: Moving your external ear changes the amount of air in your ear canal,and could cause your ear to pop a little. It's normal to have some ear wax. It's possible that having ear wax in the ear canal could make a noise when you move your ear as well. It's not necessarily excessive unless you're hearing is decreased. you could try an over the counter ear wax cleaning kit or see your doctor to check
