?? inner ear: Your symptoms are fairly non-specific. The inner ear does not cause pain. A middle ear infection may hurt. If you have wax build up you need your external ear canals cleaned. Sinus pains are non-specific and have no relation to the intolerance to loud noises that you have. You need to see and ENT doctor for a diagnosis and treatment.
