Gastroenteritis: This could be one of many potential diagnoses, from Giardiasis, gall bladder disease, and so on. You need to be seen and evaluated thoroughly by a GI doctor who may want to perform an ERCP (upper GI endoscopy) as part of their assessment. Go and be diagnosed appropriately. Good luck.
