I have a dull ache in my upper stomach that doesn't feel like indigestion. a sore/hoarse throat that comes and goes for the last 2wks and loose stools?

See a doctor: This could be one of several conditions but you would need thorough evaluation before reaching any definitive conclusions. Could be reflux esophagitis creating the abdominal discomfort and sore throat, in which case might be Helicobacter pylori infection, although this should not generally create diarrhea. Giardia can do this, as can numerous other conditions. Go and be seen. And good luck.
