No: A person can lose electrolytes in the urine under normal circumstances which is minimal but when higher than normal ,may be related to medication being used or medical condition of the person. Ordinary water intake will not wash away what is in the body. When adequately hydrated, levels of electrolytes may not be as high due to dilution
