Multiple ways : There are multiple ways that exercise can induce a generalized sense of well being and can be helpful. One example is it can be associated with release of endorphins in the body. Consider giving it a try.

Rising tides lift: All systems of your body - including your moods and level of arousal - benefit from a solid healthy lifestyle. Healthy food, adequate rest, regular appropriate exercise will all add up to each system being as good as it can be given the baseline. If you have an organic disease or malformity, it won't be perfect - but it will be as good as possible. You may still be antsy or fearful, but better.

It can help: One study found that exercise 3 x's a week did reduce panic symptoms and the effects lasted over a year. The study author suggested that one way this might work is that exercise increases heart rate variability. Some studies have found that people with panic disorder have decreased heart rate variability, and exercise is one way to change that. Hope this is helpful. Be active and take good care.
