The things you: mention that trigger the symptoms need to be changed and your response to them needs to change. These re big goals but necessary. Avoid the "blame game" where your symptoms are the fault of others. Pema Chodron's book/tapes called "Don't bite the hook" can be helpful as can seeing a clinical psychologist for stress management.
