Hard drugs: No one should be using hard drugs and especially when they are pregnant! Once it gets into the mother's circulation, it is definitely bound to enter the baby's circulation as well which could possibly cause some pathology on the unborn child

Not the worst part: This baby (and mother) have bigger problems than being "outed" by a drug test. I hate to sound judgmental, but this use was really a bad decision, risking even possible miscarriage. If she doesn't magically improve the child will face repeated threats and protective services will get involved sooner or later. The brightest spot I can see is that she can find help if she wants.
