Need to see a Derm: We don't get pimple at this stage. So watch out for something else. A skin cancer called basal cell carcinoma could look like a pimple, somewhat irritating (painful in a sense?) or itching, slowly growing bigger but would not go away. Don’t manipulate it; see a dermatologist to make sure not it.
