A member asked:

How anaemia(iron deficiency) can cause low blood pressure?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Simplified : Its usually orthostatic hypotension. Imagine a pipe and water is running through it. If there is a lot of water running through this pipe, the pressure in the pipe will be high, if there is small amount of water, the pressure will be low. Anemia is like that, it means less water in the pipe, hence low BP. the orthostatic part will be difficult to explain in limited space, but I hope this has helped
