No: Microscopic hematuria would not be a cause of anemia. In your age bracket and female sex, iron deficiency from menstrual blood loss is the commonest cause of anemia. If you have true microscopic hematuria and not blood from the vagina contaminating the urine sample, consultation with a urologist is advisable to check for bladder or kidney pathology.
