Dizziness: It depends on your definition of dizziness. If you mean that you feel like the room is spinning then it called vertigo. Usually it treated with some medication that'll need to be prescribed by your doctor. If you mean the feeling like you are going to pass out, then it called near syncope which can be caused by multiple factors. In both cases is better to visit her doctor for more evaluation

Positional: vertigo or labyrinthitis- you may have an accumulation of fluid in your inner ear if related to your cold; however if this occurs when you are angry, this could be a dangerous spike in your BP. I suggest an examination and anger management.
