A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends: The causes of dizziness are many. Most commonly, dizziness can be caused by rising from a seated or lying position to quickly. It can also be caused by problems in the inner ear which are responsible for balance and position leading to what is commonly referred to as vertigo. Given your symptoms, i would recommend seeing your physician for a full history and physical exam.
