Eat protein: Your BMI indicates you are underweight. However, this may be ok for your genetics ("normal" BMI is lower for people of Asian or Indian ethnicity than European or African background). Still, your goal is obviously to grow bigger, stronger muscles, not to drop weight. I advise you to be sure you are getting in 80 grams of complete protein daily and at least 14 grams within 1 hr of lifting weight.
