Exercise: Would do specific exercises to tighten your stomach muscles. Stay away from fat burners.

Exercise: You need to get a program of core straightening exercises, your entire abdominal wall will be strong as steel and you will build up muscle! muscles burn more calories than fat, they require more energy than many any other tissues for their metabolic processes. Fat burners are not healthy!
