A dirty secret: You can't force your body to lose fat in certain areas, so doing sit ups won't cause the fat over your abs to get thinner. U won't have the "6-pack" until you remove all the fat tissue in the skin covering your abs. You'd have to decrease your entire body fat to absurd levels to get your skin thin enough. Truth is, most of the "6-packs" you see out there were liposuctioned.
