Spinal headache: The post-dural puncture headache is a very rare complication and occurs in 0.5% of injections. A blood patch is a simple, quick procedure to solve this problem. Good luck.

Side effect: Although headaches can be a complication of steroid injections, this is uncommon. You could feel more comfortable if you ask your doctor the percentage incidence of such adverse effects from the injections.
