Will a steroid injection help with a pinched nerve in cervical spine? pain almost gone but now tingling whenever i move my arm or sometimes my neck. can't sit upright very long without pain and tingling, especially when no back support, that painful?

Am confused about your pain description. But, a transforaminal epidural steroid injection in the location of nerve compression responsible for cervical radiculopathy can be very palliative, allowing more active rehab steps. Motorized cervical traction is often useful thereafter.
