Systolic BP: I suggest very low dose anti hypertensive therapy and blood/urine testing including thyroid evaluation.

Hypertension: Changes in your blood pressure especially when you have been stable require an evaluation by your physician. Make sure you are taking all your medications. Sometimes the pharmacy forgets to fill one medication or a patient forgets to take one.
