Don't: Very scary in this circumstance. With HBP and history of bleed, there is high risk of another bleed during pregnancy.

High risk pregnancy: Several points - at 43 she is high risk - and add on the hypertension and recovery from a cerebral bleed - ultra high risk. She could still get pregnant and likely have an uneventful pregnancy but she (and her partner) need to understand the risks - and be seen and get care at a facility that is comfortable managing high risk advanced maternal age pregnancies Good luck
