I've had low bp and headaches for 2 days, my normal bp is around 104/80. yesterday it was 88/54 and today 88/46 with a bad headache what is it?

Hypotension: I would be concerned you are sick. Headache and hypotension could be signs of infection, even serious infection. Other possibilites could be dehydration- vomiting or diarrhea? Endocrine problem too. Get checked.

Be seen: Low BP could be from low volume or a flu like illness. It is also likely the source of your headache. DRINK water. Eat. Watermelon is a great food as it is high in water too. If symptoms continue you need to be seen.
