Maybe yes. Maybe no.: We in America are free to dress in any way that we enjoy... except for dress codes at schools, at work, and in certain locations. Fortunately, there are no dress codes in one's own backyard. So, one cannot presume too much about a person just by the clothing worn.

Attire: I agree with Dr. Kwok. If you assumed that women who dress in a more masculine manner were gay, you would be right some of the time but you would also be wrong some of the time. One thing about assumptions is that they may be incorrect.
