Not oral sex, but...: Trichomonas is not known to be transmitted by oral sex. However, your girlfriend definitely will get trich from sexual practices that allow exchange of vaginal fluids: genital apposition, fingering or other hand-genital contact, shared sex toys, etc. You should both be treated simultaneously with metronidazole or tinidazole.
