Nothing special: Really, when you get right down to it there are no particular differences between gay people and straight people in terms of health concerns other than perhaps some subtle differences in risk factors for acquiring STDs when engaging in unprotected sex. Gay men have the same problems as straight men, gay women may have subtle advantage over straight women. The exception for both is pregnancy
