Pretty good: Hiv transmission is very high in unprotected sex one has to inform the HIV status ( reveal ) to the partner, that is the law, should under take all safty precautions then chances are less to get infected

Minimal: Female to female transmission of HIV is extremely rare and if you are taking meds and are undetectable then its close to impossible. While I agree with Dr. Rao that you should discuss your status with your partner, the greater benefit of that discussion would be solidification of trust. Otherwise, your relationship will be over when she finds out. She could also take PREP for extra insurance
