Probably not, but...: If you're gay (sexually and romantically attracted to other men), it can't be changed, i.e. probably no way to "turn straight". Counseling could help to understand and live with it, and asking here is a good start. But just having a high voice doesn't mean you're gay. There's a small chance of an endocrine (hormone) issue, and next step should be comprehensive medical evaluation. See your doctor.
