Spearmint: great for tea, digestion and bad breath or cooking/salads.

PCOS: Health care in the UK is excellent. Before I make any recommendation you should make contact with your gynecologist.
Our family left the UK when I was age 3 but my two brothers have returned there after our parents' death. The health care my older brother is getting right now is excellent.

Insulin resistance: PCOS tx should include measures to reduce insulin levels. this is accomplished by lowering your carbohydrate intake dramatically and increasing your green vegetables and protein intake. Reviewing ovarian cysts is not standard of care. Metformin is commonly used which helps ovulation they an insulin sensitivity pathway.
