What can a doc tell from a knee examination? had my knee felt by 2 docs, but nothing wrong. still feel discomfort. may just be my health anxiety?

Knee exam: The exam will tell the physician a great deal about the function of the knee. If your exam was normal. You have no major defects in function. You could still have a meniscal injury or partial ligamentous injury. These would be seen on MRI of the knee.
