My cat bit me and slightly broke the skin. he was last vaccinated on 7/29/2015 and 100% sure he hasn't been outside our condo since then. we also have a dog that is up to date on vaccines. should i take any action besides hydrogen peroxide/neosporin?

Not those: WHERE IS THE BITE??? Hand? Face? Be sure the cat is observed and not allowed to roam for 10 days. If the bite is on the face, consult a physician. Rinse well with tap water. The peroxide and neosporin are of no value.
