Is it possible to get hypertrophic scars on the soles of your feet/palms of your hands if you've had them elsewhere on your body?

Yes: Hypertrophic scars are usually the result of injury to the skin. They represent an excessive amount of collagen build up in the deeper layer of the skin (the Dermis) during the healing process.rarely occur on the palms. They can occur at the site of a surgical incision, from a serious burn for example. They rarely occur on the palms, and uncommonly on the soles but they have been reported.
