Whats more accurate ast/alt ratio or fibroscan?

Different issues: Fibrosan estimates the amount of fibrosis in the liver. AST/ALT ratio is supposed to tell if the liver damage is due to alcohol though there are many other conditions that produce a similar profile.

7/1/23: Bilirubin 21, Alk 119, GT 103, Alt 84, Ast 44.26/04/23 :B29, Al107, GT63, ALT54, Ast39. 29/07/23: 22, 209,138,68,26. Liver enzymes are abnormal for years. All other tests for liver disease and Fibroscan show normal results.What is causing it?
AST (23) is greater than ALT (20) which I read means cirrhosis, but fibroscan was normal and contrast CT scan showed nothing? what's going on?
