How serious is staphylococcal folliculitis for someone on methotrexate and remicade (infliximab)?

On chemotherapy: There is no major concern you know that folliculitis is caused mainly by steroids which i think you were exposed to either at this stage or previously. Check your immunoglobulins levels if low compensate and take folinic acid capsules the following day after methotrexate.
