No: Remicade (infliximab) is not chemotherapy...it is similar in that it is given IV. It is not a chemical structure and not a poison that is toxic to cell...it a biologic structure (an antibody) that blocks the overproduction of TNF, a messenger between immune cells. Hope this helps
