Several things: Make sure your immunizations are up to date. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water after touching people or school things. You can carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer when soap not convenient. Keep your hands away from your face, eyes and head. Be careful not to get near those with colds, coughing and sneezing. Let the school nurse about your arthritis and medications.
