Yes: That is anemic. Normal levels for females: 12.1 to 15.1 g/dL It would be a good idea to take an iron supplement and be seen by your physician to make sure iron is indeed the problem.

Anemic: Your hemoglobin level should be about 11.7 -12.5 depending on the lab's reference values. So yes you are anemic. You may not be gtting enough iron in your diet and / or you may be losing too much blood during your periods. Go see your doctor and get checked out and treated.

Yes it is low: The lab value you provided is not clear. If your Hemoglobin level is 9.2 then yes you are anemic. The step after that is to establish the cause. If 9.2 is iron level in the blood, then iron level in the blood has different forms, not sure which one is this (free iron, ferritin, TIBC ..etc) anyway, a value of 9.2 is low for all of them. Also U might have SCA if you are AA with anemia+pain.
