Nasal sprays: You could try nasal sprays - Nasacort Allergy 24HR or NasalCrom, but these may take some time to work. Some patients do well with Saline nasal washes or Neti Pots. Also try using Zyrtec or Claritin instead of Benadryl, (diphenhydramine) to reduce side effects.
