Aspirin effect: Aspirin use irreversibly blocks the formation of thromboxane A2 in platelets, producing an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation during the lifetime of the affected platelet (8–9 days). So you better wait that period till your body manufacture new platelets

Aspirin: Aspirin inhibits clotting and can contribute to dry socket. NSAIDS like Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Motrin are usually recommended by dentists and oral surgeons post extraction. Dry socket is very painful and debilitating and requires special treatment.
