I have chronic headache, doctor refuses tests cause anxiety history. could it be neuro cystic erosis, brain tumor, aneurysm, ms ? i'm dying right?

See neurologist: I find it difficult to believe that your doctor would refuse testing you simply because of anxiety. I think you should consult a neurologist who is interested in managing chronic headaches whether testing will be needed or not.

What is the cause?: Most causes of chronic headaches are benign, they are not normally caused by the conditions you described. You can never say never, and it is not wrong to do tests. You should however not assume rare or debilitating illnesses are the cause of a symptom that is much more often caused by migraine and tension headaches. Hope that helps!

Comments: Many etiologies for chronic headaches at age 20, including tension cephalgia, migraines, jaw and dental triggers, neck triggers. Your list of neurological disorders do NOT typically present with headaches, other than aneurysm which would cause horrible headache if ruptured. Standard headaches may be intense, but have not seen death from migraine yet.
