Automatic throughts: Our thoughts are very automatic and our mind is looking for answers. If she interprets her nausea as something to be afraid of, her mind will suggest possibilities and could include cancer. The key is to not always believe the first interpretation of a situation. She may benefit from going to a doctor and also a therapist.
