What should i do if it hurts to walk and my hip area hurts after sitting down for more than 30minutes?

Depends on where the: pain is exactly and hard to tell without exam. This could be due to something called sacroilliitis (SI Joint inflammation). While it could be related to hip osteoarthritis or multiple other musculoskeletal issues, SI joint would be my first thought since it hurts when you walk and after sitting in the hip area.
