Cystic breast: Since I am assuming that you have been getting routine breast exams, most likely this local breast pain that is worse with your cycle represents a benign condition called cystic breast disease (though it is not really a "disease"!). Do discuss this with your medical professional if you have further concerns. Hope that helps.
