Normal heart rate: Normal heart rate for a healthy man in his 30s at rest is 60-90 beats per minute. Smoking methamphetamine won't just raise your heart rate - it elevates your blood pressure, can make your heart beat irregularly, increases your risk of heart attack and stroke, and can cause seizures. You need to seek help to stop now, before these things happen to you.

Why are you worried: About your heart rate, rather than the fact that you have started to smoke crystal meth, arguably the most destructive drug in the universe? All amphetamines may increase pulse rate, but that isn't anywhere near the worst thing that they do. People addicted to methamphetamine end up looking 40 years older than their age, lose at least 20 years of life, and have it come apart at the seams. Stop!
