No: Why did you have a urinalysis to begin with? Are you having burning, difficulty urinating, blood in the urine? Many times they just indicate that the urine sample was contaminated (they line structures in the body, such as the urethra, bladder, ureters, vagina, or skin). Epithelial cells in the urine have nothing to do with your baby's growth.
