Need cells: Hi. You need an FNA. There are some ultrasound (U/S) characteristics that can suggest cancer (irregular borders, micro-calcifications, hypo-echoic, vascularity), but all you need at this point is an FNA for cells (and hopefully gene testing). Good luck!
