What does a small heterogeneous hypervascular thyroid mean with 12mm nodule on right?

Thyroid US results: It is hard to interpret a thyroid ultrasound, especially online. Your profile says "hypothyroid and raised antibodies". This could mean Hashimotos, and the US is consistent with that. A 12 mm nodules is small, and could be consistent with the scarring in a Hashimotos gland, but this requires review by an Endocrinologist.
