Nutrition: Hi. Here are some simple guidelines... DO: whole grains, nuts, legumes, healthy oils (canola and olive), fruits & vegetables, nonfat dairy, lean meats DON'T: fast food, processed food, saturated fat, a lot of sweets, high fructose corn syrup, white flour, white rice You can always see a nutritionist, but my suggestions above are easy and very healthy. Live healthily and exercise regularly.
