Varies: If it is not very much of a problem, you may just leave it go or try an antiinflammatory. If it gets worse, consider being seen. It is a fairly uncommon place to have a tendinitis. One of the more common causes is called cubital tunnel syndrome, which is a pinching of the ulnar nerve at the elbow and can cause pain or numbness in the fourth and fifth fingers.
